1. Lead Generation Services Only

1.1 The Company operates as a marketing and lead generation platform. We connect potential customers with independent contractors (“Contractors”) who may provide contracting or construction services.

1.2 The Company does not perform any contracting, insulation, or related services. We are not licensed contractors, and nothing on this Site should be interpreted as us offering or guaranteeing such services.


2. Independent Contractor Relationship

2.1 All services offered through this Site are performed exclusively by independent Contractors.

2.2 Contractors are solely responsible for:

  • estimates, pricing, and contracts;
  • customer service, communications, and dispute resolution;
  • warranties and guarantees;
  • obtaining and maintaining required licenses, permits, and insurance;
  • compliance with all federal, state, and local laws, codes, and safety regulations.

2.3 Any agreements you enter into for services are strictly between you and the Contractor. The Company is not a party to such agreements.


3. No Endorsement or Warranty

3.1 The Company does not endorse, warrant, or guarantee the quality, licensing, insurance, or performance of any Contractor.

3.2 Any reliance on information or representations made by Contractors is at your own risk.


4. Limitation of Liability

4.1 To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to:

  • your use of the Site,
  • your engagement with any Contractor, or
  • work performed by any Contractor.

4.2 You expressly agree that the Company has no responsibility or liability for any disputes, claims, damages, losses, or injuries that arise between you and a Contractor.


5. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company, its owners, officers, partners, affiliates, and employees from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, costs, expenses, and attorney’s fees arising out of:

  • work performed by Contractors;
  • your interactions with Contractors;
  • your use of the Site or reliance on any information provided herein.


6. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Site for unlawful purposes, or in a way that misrepresents the Company as performing or guaranteeing contracting services.


7. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, trade names, and materials on the Site are owned by the Company or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute them without prior written consent.


8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Arizona without regard to conflict of law principles.


9. Changes to Terms

The Company reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Site. Your continued use of the Site or submission of information through any form constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms
